Starving artist? We know, we've been there. Hell, let's be
honest, we're still there. In a perfect Bohemian world, there's
room enough at the table for everyone and we'd all help each
other get there. While this isn't a perfect world, we still want to
help you get here. If you need a ride share or a room share,
please check out our livejournal community so you can connect
with fellow starving artists.
If you're not afraid of doing some hard work, come volunteer
with us. What you'll need to do to do this is:
1. Email us and tell us that you would like to volunteer for a
three hour block of time at the convention. Let us know if you
have any particular area of expertise and/or any restrictions we
should know about.
2. Buy a ticket.
3. You'll be emailed with the name of the volunteer coordinator
and your block of time to volunteer. If your block is a problem,
talk to us. We'll do our best to fix it.
4. Check in at the registration table.
5. At your designated volunteer block, go to the registration desk
and the volunteer coordinator will assign you your duties. When
you complete your duties, go back to the registration table and
we will refund you your entire payment.
We will also do our best to have volunteer crash space. We will
have it during con hours for certain, and will do our best to get
overnight crash space.
If you want to volunteer, don't delay as we have limited space.
