Cream Tea
Gentle readers, I just finished my meeting with Susan of Teaberry's, the lovely tearoom that caters our Cream Tea. I always really enjoy meeting with Susan, she's so knowledgable and easy to work with. Her tearoom is lovely, and I enjoy having tea there frequently. Last year, we weren't sure how many people have taken formal tea. We came to realize that many people were accustomed to it and many more were happy to learn. This year, Susan and I designed a menu to accomodate both experienced formal tea participants and new tea participants as well. Cream Tea for SalonCon 2007Alexander Restaurant (in the hotel)
